The centerpiece of most online marketing strategies is the website. In our web-savvy society it is imperative for every reputable business to have a website. It is no longer a “luxury” item, but is an expected professional courtesy for your clients, customers, vendors, peers, media sources and the general public. Your website can and should be a valuable resource for your business.While all businesses should have a website, not all businesses are going to have the same needs or expectations with regards to their website. Not all businesses are going to have the same budget or resources to devote to development and maintenance of their website.
Therefore, MegaHunter offers a variety of website options, designed to meet the needs and budget requirements of any type or size of business. MegaHunter websites can typically be categorized into one of three general headings, with a number of sub-headings under each. Those general headings include:

Professionally designed, templated, one page website, includes up to 5 e-mail addresses.
Price: $199/year.
Professionally designed, templated sites. Client chooses colors. Client provides content. MegaHunter inserts logo and/or images.
1-5 pages: Includes 15 e-mail addresses.
Price: $599 plus a hosting cost of $19.95/month.
6-10 pages: Includes 20 e-mail addresses.
Price: $799 plus a hosting cost of $19.95/month.
10+ pages: Call for bulk discount / quote information.
*A $25 yearly hosting fee may apply for all MegaHunter products.
For the purpose of counting pages to be designed and constructed, a “page” counts towards the total if designers are actually building a landing point for a link within the site (or externally) where copy and/or images could be placed. Page counts are not limited to the number of “headings” on the home page menu.
This includes any pages within the site even when the link does not come from a menu item. For the Online Brochure Site the “Contact Us” page does not count towards the total number of pages, assuming it is limited to phone and address information and a simple e-mail form. However, with respect to the Online Business Card all such info needs to be on the one and only page of that templated site.Custom Sites [ Website Samples ]
These sites are designed according to client specs. They are not templated.
They are custom built. They can be as elaborate or simple as the client
wants.
The minimum cost is $1,500. Most cost between $3,500 and $7,500, plus monthly hosting. Costs vary depending on size and features to be used. These sites are quoted after getting specific info from the client.

These sites need to be quoted after getting specific info from the client. Cost will also vary depending upon the number of products sold.
SEO Sites [ Website Samples ]
These sites are developed to get good placement on the major search engines. Those search engines include Google, Yahoo, MSN and Ask.com. Pricing varies dependant upon the industry the client is competing in and the success of MegaHunter in securing first page placement on the search engines in response to relevant searches mutually agreed between MegaHunter and client to be the terms for which MegaHunter is to optimize.
Typically, we agree only to attempt optimization on a regional basis. General, or national terms are not easily optimized. We break down our regional optimization according to television markets. In other words, we agree to optimize specific sites for relevant terms modified with geographic modifiers within designated market areas. We will represent only one client per industry within any particular market, unless we have a mutual agreement otherwise.
Pricing:
The initial building of an “optimized” site can range in cost from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on the size and scope of the optimization project.
Per word, per search engine, MegaHunter charges $35 each month for successful placement on the first page of major search engines.
Each project is assessed a monthly "cap" on per-keyword charges. These can range from $250 per month to $1,000 per month depending on the size and scope of the optimization project.

Copywriting Services
MH can write any content necessary to complete the website.
Price: $65.00/hour.
Logo Design
If the client needs a logo MH will work to provide 5 samples for the client to make a selection from which to work towards a final pick.
Price:
$499.
Flash Incorporated in a banner or page
Flash involves more expertise and time, especially if working it into an optimized
site.
Price:
$399 per instance.
Online Calendar
An updatable Calendar of Events for the client.
Price:
$399.
Shopping Cart Feature
Enables e-commerce. Cost depends on number of items for sale. To add to
existing site is a $499 minimum. Brand new e-commerce sites begin at $1500.
A quote must be secured.
Domain Name Registration
MH will search for, and register client domain names, if available. Premium names may charge a premium Non-premium domainname registration is $25 per year. To search for and secure a premium domain name will cost client the broker or woner’s fee, plus our fee of $100 the first year and $2 per year thereafter.
E-mail Accounts
Each package comes with a specific number of e-mails account. Thereafter,
charge are as indicated. Sold in lots of 5. $5 per month for each additional 5 accounts.
Modifications to a non MegaHunter existing website
Clients often want us to improve their existing site. It is usually more cost effective to start from scratch. However, if they insist, the job must be evaluated by a designer for time and labor, and a quote prepared.
Price: Must be quoted. However, the minimum is typically $499, close to a Brochure site price.
Upgrade from one MegaHunter Site to another
Clients may start with a Brochure site and then upgrade to an SEO site, for instance. The client is credited the amount they have paid on their first MH site towards the upgraded site.
Other Considerations
Typically we will not build nor modify a site unless we are allowed to
also host it. Exceptions must be authorized by a director, and usually
requires technical consultation with a designer to address any potential
problems.
Clients are entitled to 2 months free hosting if they pay the year’s hosting fee in advance. (Sales persons are entitled to 10% commission if client decides to do this. Otherwise, sales commissions are based only on the initial sale).
All web design contracts and SEO contracts are for a minimum of one year.
All website clients (except for Online Business Card Sites) are entitled to up to one hour of free updates to their site per month. Thereafter, work is charged at $85/hour.
