The Video Experience
For one day we will transform your practice into a video set and make you and your clients look like stars.
Upon arrival at your office, we typically take about an hour to set up and scout the office for shot ideas. This time is our opportunity to organize with you and make sure we are all on the same page. We will also review the goals for the day and solidify the schedule.
To help speed up the process, we ask you to have a designated space available for video equipment (such as an extra or unused office) that is centrally located.
When possible we encourage the use of testimonials from current clients. Therefore, we ask you prearrange a time for the client to visit the office on the day of the video shoot to record their testimonial. During this process we often have the lawyer or a designated staff member greet and interact with them for additional b-roll.
Finally, relax and enjoy the process! If you or your clients are being interviewed, just think of it as a conversation. It’s our job to make you look good!
