The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has appointed Attorney Pete Winebrake and The Winebrake Law Firm to serve as Class Counsel for the workers in a federal wage and hour lawsuit entitled Sisko v. Wegmans Food Market, Inc., 3:06-cv-00433-JMM (M.D. Pa.). 

On June 4, 2007, the Federal Court preliminarily approved the settlement of this lawsuit, triggering a process whereby eligible class members will receive notice of the lawsuit and have an opportunity to participate in the settlement proceeds.
