The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has appointed Attorney Pete Winebrake and The Winebrake Law Firm to serve as Class Counsel for the workers in a federal wage and hour lawsuit entitled Traci Otto v. Pocono Health System, et al., 4:06-cv-01186-JEJ.
