Direct marketing is a very powerful tool. We recognize that each state has various restrictions when it comes to attorneys doing direct marketing. We also realize that some attorneys have their own reservations about direct marketing efforts. In fact, sometimes direct marketing efforts can come across as crass or outrageous. However, direct marketing can be much more sophisticated and universally acceptable than simply sending correspondence to potential clients.

DATABASE PROFILING, LIST ACQUISITION, MAILING SERVICES
Direct marketing can include database management (corresponding with former clients and current clients). It can include the circulation of newsletters and informative pamphlets. It can include the electronic version of these vehicles (eBlast messaging). Or, it can include more traditional efforts wherein we do a demographic market analysis to determine select market bases and coordinate campaigns accordingly.
