Robert M. Ginsberg, a graduate of Yale Law School, has lectured at the Practicing Law Institute and the New York Trial Lawyers Association. He has published work in Bill of Particulars, a specialized law magazine, and he is listed in Who's Who in American Law.

Mr. Ginsberg handles many of the firm’s significant appeals, and decisions in these major cases have been published including Rangolin vs. Nassau County, and Wise vs. Helmsley Spear.

Mr. Ginsberg is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Alvin H. Broome is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He has lectured at the Trial Lawyers Institute, on catastrophic accidents, medical malpractice, and trial technique. Mr. Broome has been published in Bill of Particulars, and in the Trial Lawyers Quarterly.

He was Chairperson of the Committee on Wrongful Death for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr Broome is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The American Trial Lawyers Association, the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
