Each year Americans create a short list of New Year’s resolutions, the majority of those seem to be related to one’s bad or unhealthy habits; quit smoking, eat less/lose weight, quit drinking etc.  How come so few resolutions relate to one’s professional life, or bettering ones performance at work?  After all, we are a work oriented, dollar driven society!

While few Americans will ever tell you that they need to work harder, people often admit that they need to work smarter, more efficiently, and be more productivity in their work day. So why are people not creating resolutions around what they do most in a given week….work?

For firms that do not obtain frequent business through word of mouth, advertising is essential in creating and maintaining visibility.
